Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026.

1. The service

waplugin bridges a WhatsApp account you control to an AI assistant or webhook receiver you authorize: retained search and catch-up, draft assistance, and — only with a separate per-phone permission — sending messages and reactions, each reported as pending, confirmed, or uncertain. Features in preview (including any business API) may change without notice.

2. Operator and contact

Operated by Rafael Xavier (Brazil). Support: support@waplugin.cloud. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; waplugin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, wacli, or any AI provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. waplugin is a general-audience service and does not target children under 13. You may link only WhatsApp accounts you are entitled to operate, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share any third-party conversations you authorize for processing.

4. Acceptable use

  • Comply with WhatsApp, wacli, AI-provider, and webhook-receiver terms.
  • No unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content; no spam, fraud, surveillance, malware, or circumvention of access controls, rate limits, or platform restrictions.
  • Do not scrape, relay queries to, or integrate with third-party services without authorization and compliance with their terms.
  • No resale or unofficial-connector abuse of the service beyond your own accounts.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Authorize each capability separately: reads never imply sends; sending messages and sending reactions are distinct per-phone permissions.
  • Understand retention modes: strict mode is memory-only and can lose delivery on crash or outage; retained mode stores searchable history until you delete it.
  • Manage linked devices: pause sync, revoke access, sign out, or delete accounts you no longer use; use WhatsApp Linked devices logout if a stale device remains visible.
  • Keep credentials and webhook secrets safe; you are responsible for activity under your accounts and endpoints.

6. Third-party services

Your AI provider and webhook receivers act under their own terms and privacy policies once you authorize disclosure. waplugin does not control their retention, training, or downstream use. Commerce, if any, is limited to physical goods handled on your own domain; waplugin does not process checkouts or payments.

7. Suspension, revocation, and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create safety or legal risk. You may stop using waplugin anytime by pausing sync, revoking access, signing out, or deleting accounts. Deletion revokes access and removes live data per the privacy policy; backups age out on their window and prior disclosures to assistants or receivers are outside waplugin's control.

8. Disclaimers

  • Linked-device processing necessarily exposes authorized plaintext to waplugin and your chosen recipients; encryption in transit does not survive authorized access.
  • Sends are at-least-once with explicit uncertain outcomes; there is no exactly-once or automatic safe-resend promise.
  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, waplugin's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and excludes indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from authorized disclosures, third-party services, or strict-mode loss limits described above.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@waplugin.cloud.
